Request for Product

If you have a Product Request that you would like us to attempt to assist you with, complete the Request for Product form (RFP) below and submit it to us for review. We attempt to respond to every inquiry within a maximum of 48 hours. We will acknowledge receiving your inquiry within 24 hours.

In most cases our RFP's take the form of a New Product request or a replacement for an existing product that is currently available from another manufacturer. As you complete the RFP, the nature of the questions will be based upon these two types.

We have provided a section at the end of the RFP form for you to add comments about the product that we may have missed in our form. Please take a moment when you complete the RFP and ask yourself if there is anything else we should know. The more detailed your information, the greater our success rate in helping you with your product requirements.
